I´m passionate about art, prints and textures. My name is Dácil Reig, graduated in Fine Arts, with a masters in Textile and surface Design from the IED Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid.

My artistic studies began in the School of Arts and Crafts in Madrid, in the specialization of Fashion and Textile Design. In 1998 I started the first year of Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid, completing my studies in workshops of artists such as Cinabrio Quijano and Juan Gomila. During the fourth year of my career, I was able to benefit from an Erasmus scholarship in T.E.I. Athinon, in Athens, Greece, where I completed the full Diplomat in Interior Design, which, according to its structure, also contemplated window dressing and stage design.

Throughout my professional career I have worked more than ten years in the area of ​​textile design, interior design and Visual Merchandising for different companies. I have expanded my knowledge through various courses in illustration, painting and surface design with professionals in the sector. I have also worked as a freelance for various brands creating corporate images and making artwork to order.

I have extensive experience in the different techniques of textile printing, both craft and industrial, I am also passionate about embroidery, constantly researching both new trends and traditional techniques, to adapt them to the new designs.

In short, I’m in love with creativity.
